Beck Lee Creative  services include: illustration, fashion technical drawing CAD, custom textile design, surface/pattern design, branding & and graphic design, art prints & original artworks.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

 

 

TERMS OF DESIGN & INTELLECTUAL COPYRIGHT

The Client hereby undertakes that they will not claim to have created, or own copyright of any non-exclusive artwork.

The client also must not make artwork available in a format that allows others to access, copy or reproduce them.

The client may not purchase any artwork & prints for  the purpose of resale and distribution , or liscensing, or any other commercial purpose without written consent from Beck Lee Creative.  You are permitted to use Beck Lee Creative Images on social media ONLY if each item is prominently credited to BECK LEE CREATIVE, and/or www.beckleecreative.com.au in which event the reproduction needs to be of the same quality as that which appears on this website and in no way altered from the original.

PRICING
Please note that all prices are listed in Australian dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax. Beck Lee Creative reserves the right to change prices at any time.

 

RETURNS POLICY
Please note: we do not accept returns for change of mind, in regards to printed artworks & canvases through the online Art Store-All orders are final.

If you have any changes to a Design Service, changes can only be made before  the"Design Showcase " s created, not any time after as it will be at the customers. expense with an hourly rate of $90 per hour INC. GST

 

FAULTY & DAMAGED GOODS
Any damaged product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging showing photgraphic evidence, otherwise the exchange process is unable to take place. Only if the product is faulty or damaged in transit can we create a return and exchange for this product.
Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened, insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order. 

Please not that if you are not home to accept a delivery and sign for it - the cost of resending will be at the buyers expense.

Items must be in the original packaging with tags intact. Please notify us by email at beckleeillustration@gmail.com to lodge a DAMSGES & EXCHANGES form.

* Credit card and PayPal transaction fees are usually fully refunded. Non refundable Afterpay fees are 6.7% of purchase price
